Refund Policy

WHAT can be returned?
All items must be unused, in Brand New Condition, and in its original box together with all the packaging, user manual, accessories and whatever came in the box to qualify for a full refund. Failure to comply with any of these will result in delays processing your return.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
All purchased items must be returned within 14 days of receiving item.

HOW do customers return items?
All returns must be authorized by Kitchen Maestro first. Return items must be returned with a copy of your tax invoice and the reason why the item is being returned. By not providing this documentation you may delay the processing of your item for return or refund.

SHIPPING COST for returns?
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping cost unless the item is found to be sent incorrectly or damaged on arrival.  

CREDIT for returns?
We offer our customers a full refund or store credit or replacement at customer's discretion.

Packaging materials?
When returning items, please package the item in its original box with all the packaging material, user manual and everything that came with the item in the box. Any damage during shipping will be the senders responsibility and we will be unable to accept the item.
